IT Home reported on January 26 that, according to Sina Technology, Transsion, a Chinese mobile phone company that mainly sells in overseas markets, today issued the "Notice on the Distribution Measures of Transsion Holdings' 2023 Year-end Bonus", which mentioned that the company's performance coefficient is 1.3, that is, all employees will receive an additional 30% year-end bonus on the basis of the normal accounting year-end bonus.
Transsion Holdings' main products are mobile phones under the three major brands of TECNO, itel and Infinix, including feature phones and smartphones, and its sales areas are mainly concentrated in emerging markets such as Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Latin America.
As the "king of Africa" in the mobile phone industry, Transsion is "far ahead" in the sales volume of the African mobile phone market. According to Canalys data, in the third quarter of 2023, Transsion mobile phone shipments in the African market reached 8.6 million units, with a market share of 48%, a year-on-year increase of 9%.

In addition, according to the latest report released by market research agency IDC, Transsion ranked fifth in global smartphone shipments in 2023, with a market share of 8.1% and a year-on-year increase of 30.8%.
According to the IT Home inquiry announcement, Transsion Holdings expects to achieve operating income of about 62.122 billion yuan in 2023, an increase of about 15.526 billion yuan over the same period of the previous year, a year-on-year increase of about 33.32%.
Transsion Holdings expects that the net profit attributable to the parent company will be about 5.493 billion yuan, an increase of about 3.009 billion yuan over the same period of last year, a year-on-year increase of about 121.15%, and the net profit after deduction will be about 5.010 billion yuan, an increase of about 2.800 billion yuan over the same period of last year, a year-on-year increase of about 126.73%.
