Nodules and cysts belong to the category of phlegm turbidity, which are basically formed by blood stasis, phlegm and dampness. Today, I will recommend to you 3 herbs that can disperse nodules and eliminate cysts.
First taste of fritillary. There are many varieties of fritillary, such as Sichuan shellfish, flat shellfish, Zhejiang shellfish and so on. Chuanbei is more expensive, but if you want to dissolve phlegm and disperse knots, Zhejiang fritillary is more suitable. Sichuan fritillary is biased towards moisturizing yin and lungs and dissolving phlegm, while Zhejiang fritillary is biased towards dissolving phlegm and dispersing knots. This fritillary is relatively cheap, moderately priced, and affordable for everyone.
The second flavor medicine is Radix Radix. It enters the kidney meridian and can nourish yin and reduce fire. If the void fire in the kidneys is gone, the liver fire will not be easily triggered. The ginseng is salty and can be soft and firm.
The third flavor is oysters. The shells of oysters are used, and their taste is also salty, and the saltiness can be soft and firm.
