Fu Ya, formerly known as Fu Huiying, was born in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, in 1918. The Fu family is wealthy and wealthy, and it is a local scholarly family. Therefore, although there are many brothers and sisters in the family, Fu Ya is still well educated and cultivated.
In 1937, at the age of 19, Fu Ya was influenced by advanced ideas and went to Yan'an to participate in the revolution. The following year, Fu Ya was arranged to study at Kang University, and later became a member of the art troupe.
As we all know, although the art troupe at that time did not have to go to the battlefield to charge into the position to fight, its work was also very busy, and it often had to go to various base areas to carry out condolence performances.
And it was during the condolence performance that Fu Ya and the famous Chen Geng met. On March 8, 1939, the Japanese army suddenly launched an attack and violently attacked the residence of the Financial and Economic Cadre School of the Supply Department of the 129th Division of our army. At that time, Chen Geng's original wife Wang Genying was the political instructor of the school, and she was brutally killed by the frenzied Japanese army in order to rescue and protect public funds and documents.
Since his wife Wang Genying suffered a misfortune, General Chen Geng has also been sad for a long time. Later, in order to help him get out of the haze of pain, his old comrades-in-arms wanted to help him rebuild his family.
Under the mediation and matchmaking of his comrades-in-arms, Fu Ya, who had admired Chen Geng, took the initiative to confess to General Chen Geng. But when the two of them confirmed their relationship, the organization rejected the matter.
It turned out that not long after Fu Ya participated in the revolution, his parents and siblings moved to Taiwan to escape the war. In February 1943, Chen Geng and Fu Ya finally got married, and had three sons and one daughter after marriage, and the two lived very happily. On March 16, 1961, General Chen Geng died in Shanghai due to his injuries during the battlefield years, which eventually caused an old illness. At that time, many people were suspicious of her and even persuaded her not to go, but she still insisted on going to Taiwan to visit her relatives who she hadn't seen for many years. After several days of traveling, 74-year-old Fu Ya finally arrived in Taiwan. At that time, her family arranged a convoy to meet her, and the grand and enthusiastic scene also made her burst into tears, and after seeing her brothers and sisters at home, Fu Ya cried with joy and spent a happy and reassuring old age. Later, she lived until her death in 2010, and before her death, she asked her children to visit their relatives more often in the future.
