2024 WorldTour Team Gear List
There are no changes to the 2024 WorldTour team roster, only a few sponsor changes. Alcaia Racing attracted the B&B Hotels, which had previously sponsored the B&B Hotels team, which was disbanded last year, as vice-title. The AG2R team ushered in Decathlon as the main title, the team's equipment was greatly replaced, and even the CP was kicked out of the World Tour. In terms of models, the new cars worth looking forward to this year include the new Emonda climber with TREK spy photos leaked, and the new generation TCR that Giant is finally going to change the all-inside wiring. Since INEOS switched to the disc version of the Dogma F two years ago, the World Tour's big group has been fully disc-braked, and only the Bianchi and Giant TTs are still rim brakes this year, and it will be interesting to see how long they will be delayed.
In terms of kits, the two changes this year are that Birla has changed from Shimano to SRAM, and Decathlon-AG2R has changed from CP to Shimano. With Alkaea switching from Shimano wheels to Vision, Vision has tied Shimano's share of wheels this year to four, even though Vision visibility is getting lower in the highly involuted domestic market.
In terms of tires, Victoria and Continental each account for 7 to form the first echelon, and Lightning, Michelin, and Pirelli survive in the cracks, and Shiwen continues to be hard to find. In terms of power meters/computers, Birla switched to SRAM's Quarq power meters and Hammerhead computers, while Decathlon and Intermarsie switched to Shimano power meters. In terms of saddles, the only change is that INEOS has switched from the Snitch to Prologo, which has since sponsored seven WorldTour teams, widening the gap to the second tier (three for Selle Italia and Fizik).
There are many changes to the sponsors of the jerseys. Astana switched from Giordana to Italian brand Biemme, and Bora returned to Sportful after three years. If there is one of the most surprising changes in the equipment of the World Tour, UNITA-FDJ has parted ways with local brand Lapierre, which has been working with for 22 years, and switched to Wilier. Team Jayco AlUla
The team did not move sponsors at all this year, but consciously changed its image, from the team uniform to the team car, there is a new design language. The women's team is the only one that still uses the outside climber, the men's team has already switched to the new Propel, and before the TCR update, Jacko will also be in full swing.
In terms of the squad, Jaco has brought back Kaleb Ivan and another homegrown rising star, Luke Prapp, who also repaid the team's trust with a double national title.
