In sixth place are the remaining 16 teams, with a salary of $200 per game, a year-end bonus of $700, and an annual income of about $15,000. Considering the size of the market in which each team is located, the cheerleading team needs to participate in different international competitions, charity activities, and the remuneration for these activities varies from team to team, and the team with a larger budget has a higher salary or bonuses, but even the cheerleaders of the New York Knicks and the Los Angeles Lakers often say that if a girl wants to make a living from it, this salary alone is not enough to live, and even so, there are still hundreds of girls competing for this low-paying job.
