The project is located in Hexi District, Tianjin, with a total construction area of about 74,000 square meters and a building height of 160 meters.
The depth of the foundation pit of the project is about 29.55 meters, and the project is close to Metro Line 8 under construction, and the spacing of the foundation pit is only 4 meters, which makes it extremely difficult to control the deformation of the foundation pit.
The project is adjacent to the Wudao Scenic Area, the surrounding environment is complex, the site scope is limited, in order to increase the main structure material turnover site and the climbing frame installation site in the later stage and double as horizontal protection, the project technical team added a steel structure cantilever platform, the platform design load is 10 kPa, and the curtain wall construction hanging basket can be placed, saving the site and effectively improving the construction efficiency.
