Welcome to today's MOC Reward!
A Dragon Called Pit
This LEGO dragon called Pit is very cute, he is from LEGO designer Joss Woodyard, guess where he was inspired? yes, it's dragon fruit, isn't it very clever?
The black spots on the dragon's abdomen are the seeds in the dragon fruit, while the green dorsal fin and tail are derived from the leaves, and the pink back skin is not to mention the color of the dragon fruit skin. It's wonderful to take inspiration from something completely unrelated and gives us a design idea.
Construction Site
Although this work is relatively miniaturized, it covers some common tools and buildings on construction sites, such as white Iveco, blue pickups, mobile toilets, supporting trailers, mini excavators, etc., and the author shows us a real construction site scene.
When the author made complex LEGO models, he felt that it was more time-consuming and not as easy as before, so he tried to make some small models, and he thought it would be more interesting to make some small but delicate MOC works.
Male Peacock
The male peacock is one of the most beautiful animals in the animal world, and its gorgeous and bright peacock screen always makes people look at it. The author, gGh0st, used colors that are very close to reality to make this work, and the effect is surprisingly ideal.
There were five frogs on the ground staring at the peacock, and it seemed that they were also intoxicated by their beautiful appearance. In addition, the author carefully expressed the falling feathers with parts, right at the feet of the peacock, do you see?
A Solitary Outpost
Needless to say, this MOC piece from designer Dan O'Connor is full of futuristic shadows. By using a large number of transparent glass parts, the author gives us the impression that these explorers are trying to observe the situation outside, ready to take on the challenge. At the same time, the extremely closed architecture also indicates that they rarely go out.
Thankfully, they have ample space gear and even a robot to assist them with extravehicular activities. In addition to this, the author also used some great building techniques, such as slightly sloping walls and curved roofs. The red and purple tones make people really feel that this is a distant and mysterious alien base.
