Stumbling all the way and not giving up, the "year-end bonus" is the world champion

On the evening of December 10, 2023, the CFS (CrossFire World Finals) championship match ended at the Chengdu High-tech Sports Center, and two teams from the Chinese division, BS and Chengdu AG, met in the finals for the third consecutive year. After 4 rounds, BS defeated the opponent 3-1 and successfully defended the title. BS player Wang Hao (ID: N9) was elected MVP of the finals.

In 2023, the BS team welcomed new signing Chen Ziyang (ID: CZY) to join. Coming to BS with a learning mentality, Chen Ziyang admitted that he has gained a lot here, and there is still a lot of room for improvement in the future. With "old faces" such as Wang Hao and Zheng Qi (ID: Xxiao), the team has experienced run-in and breakthroughs, and everyone's adaptability to the naked version of the World Championship has been further improved.

Looking back at BS's experience at CFS 2023, although there were stumbles, overall the ending was perfect. In the group stage, they went quite smoothly, and when they entered the knockout stage 4-2, they suffered a clean sheet from AG. The team seized the opportunity of double elimination to narrowly defeat VG and get a ticket to the finals. This twist and turn experience has added a touch of thrill to BS's World Championship journey.

As the top teams in the league, AG and BS have staged-for-tat dramas in the finals many times. In the 2023 CFPL (CrossFire Pro League) Spring and Summer Rounds, both "AB battles" ended with AG winning, and BS pulled one back in this key matchup at the end of the year.
