Lei Jun's account profile page shows that his account is verified as "founder, chairman and CEO of Xiaomi Group", but the real name of the account is "Liu Wei".

On January 12, the Red Star Capital Bureau learned from the relevant staff of Xiaomi Group that the "Liu Wei" whose real name was verified by Lei Jun's account was Liu Wei, special assistant to the CEO of Xiaomi Group.
According to the Real-Name Authentication Service Agreement of Toutiao APP, Article 2.1 stipulates:
In order to review and verify the account applying for real-name authentication, the user agrees to use the real-name authentication service provided by the platform, that is, the platform verifies the user's identity through identity document information verification and face information comparison, so as to ensure that the actual user of the account of the unified service platform system and the real-name authenticator of the account are the same person.
However, as for why Lei Jun's account uses Liu Wei's identity information for authentication, as of press time, the relevant staff of Xiaomi Group has not given an official response to the Red Star Capital Bureau.
