After the outbreak of the Korean War, Zeng Zesheng came to the front line on his own initiative and participated in the first to fourth battles of the Korean War.
On March 15, 1951, Zeng Zesheng led his troops to complete the Han River Blockade and led his troops back to China to recuperate.
This battle made Zeng Zesheng famous in the first battle, and with the cooperation of the Korean People's Army, he dealt a huge blow to the US army.
After the Han River blockade, our army publicly shouted that the US military would come to "collect the corpses" without carrying weapons.
The U.S. military used a large number of transports, and it took an entire morning to bring back all the American corpses.
With the success of the first operation, Zeng Zesheng and his 50th Army completely became famous, and in July of the same year, they entered the Korean war again.
On the battlefield, Zeng Zesheng's 50th Division had many classic battles, such as the capture of a complete British Royal Tank Battalion.
In the fourth battle, it resisted the crazy attack of the US army for more than 50 days by itself, and was a unit capable of fighting tough battles, and the 50th Division was the first unit of the Volunteer Army to enter Seoul.
After the founding of the People's Republic of China, for his heroic performance in battle, Zeng Zesheng was awarded the rank of lieutenant general and also received the Order of Liberation of the First Class.
After learning about Zeng Zesheng's series of battles, Lao Jiang was so angry that he stomped his feet.
He could never have imagined that a person who was once disliked or even given up by himself could perform so brilliantly in our army.
