Hello everyone, I am the leader of the moving average. In addition to stock trading, there are almost no other hobbies, just like to face the computer all day long, to the K-line chart, to compare and draw, if you also like a tool person like me, welcome to pay attention.
Why don't I use the naked k? Because I think the bare k is too complicated, there are so many things to learn, each bar represents a different meaning, and then after they are combined, it has a different meaning, what top part, what bottom part, what descending channel, what ascending channel? It's really hard to distinguish.
But it is undeniable that naked K does have a unique use, otherwise there would not be so many big names using it. I'm not completely useless, but how to say it, I just pick some of them out to use together, for example, I often talk about single moving averages, and multiple moving averages, and then when they break through the moving average, they will focus on choosing some K-line patterns.
What does the moving average look like? The moving average feels like a dog leash.
If a dog does not take a leash and leash him, he will run wildly with joy, and sometimes he should not be called. When you meet strangers, like some particularly crazy dogs, they will bite easily.
The stock gives me the same feeling, when he's naked, it's hard for me to find the direction of it, one moment he's going up, the next he's going down, I don't really know which way he's going.
But I put a rope around his neck, and as long as I pull the rope, I'm not afraid of him bumping around.
For example, in the chart above, this is a single moving average, a 13-day moving average. If you draw these lines and remove all the moving averages, you just look at a naked K, and sometimes you really can't see the direction clearly.
Of course, maybe the master is excepted, I am not a master, so I can't see clearly, I need to use the moving average indicator, which is what we call a dog walking leash.
When I add the moving average, is the trend of the market much simpler? I intuitively see what the current trend is.
So how exactly is it used?
First of all, we find the place in the picture above that I marked point A, where did this point A come about? This point A is that the stock price fell below the 13-day moving average, and then a horizontal line was drawn above his head. Since there is no screenshot in front of us, we define this point as an initial point.
Then when the stock price goes down, and then breaks through the 13-day moving average again, we live below the breakout, draw a horizontal line, and mark it, which is the position marked one in my picture.
So, if the stock price breaks through the 13-day moving average, does this position fit the cut-in model? Because we chose to use A as the initial point, this position does not conform to it, because he did not break through the platform line of A.
Then when the stock price falls below the 13-day moving average again, we draw a horizontal line above his head and mark him a B.
The stock price continued to fall, and also made new lows, breaking the horizontal line below point B, which is the number one. Judging from the picture, his new low is 20.49, which is the low in this picture, and from the model we talked about, then the previous trend is not in line with this position, and then the above steps are operated again.
Let's continue to look at the fact that when the stock price hit a new low, it began to rebound, stood above the 13-day moving average, and also broke through the high of point B. So is this position in line with the principle of cutting? It is also not, although he is breaking through, but he is breaking through after breaking the low, is this a bit like there is a trend, it seems to be called a 2b trend.
If the stock price has not broken through the high of point B, we have not been bullish in principle, and only if it breaks through the high of point B, then we will enter our stock pool. Entering the stock pool is not an immediate cut-in, and further observation is needed.
When the stock price goes up and he steps back below the 13-day moving average, then we mark a point C above his head, and then we enter our ambush circle.
The ambush circle is usually divided into two, one is the so-called temptation, and the other is the so-called attack, that is, the division of positions.
For example, if the stock price breaks through the 13-day moving average, and the MACD below is above zero, and it is about to be a golden cross, then at this time, a part of the advance force can be sent to test. If we say that we are under pressure after encountering the front high and then are beaten back, and we can't attack it all the time, then it proves that the pressure on this position is relatively great, and the bearish troops are stubborn in resistance, so we have to leave the field for the time being.
But when our advance force entered, there was a steady stream of troops behind to follow, and it was easy to break the high in front, and at this time our other attacking position was about to start attacking.
Judging from the above diagram, it is just that, that is, the position of point C, in fact, this is the standard ascending graph, the bottom is higher than the bottom, and the head is higher than the head.
Although in the actual process of operation, there will be a lot of graphics that are not so standard, but its essence has not changed.
You can turn out some stocks that have lost money in your own operation and take a closer look to see where you are losing money, so the next time you avoid it in time, will it reduce your losses?
That's all for today's article, thank you for reading. I hope that before leaving, I will like and support them. If you need to find me, you can use the chat to search for the moving average to draw a chart, which has just been opened. Listen to the advice of netizens and walk on multiple legs.
