However, when this news reached the Taiwan authorities, it completely changed. After the successful launch of the mainland's satellite, the people in the Taiwan region suddenly received three early warning text messages in succession, saying that the "missile" launched by the mainland flew over the southern part of the Taiwan region, and immediately the warning bell sounded in various office buildings.
You must know that there are four major satellite launch bases on the mainland, so the launch frequency is very high. Take the past 2023 as an example, the mainland ranks second in the world with 67 times, and it is launched once a week on average, but these satellites are basically civilian satellites, used for scientific research and experiments, etc. If this frequency is followed, won't the Taiwan authorities have to give the whole island a warning every week?
