The Xinzhou Intermediate People's Court held that defendant Hu Yifeng's conduct constituted the crime of accepting bribes and the crime of using influence to accept bribes, and the amount of bribes accepted was particularly huge, and the amount of bribes accepted by using influence was huge. Hu Yifeng was born in May 1954, a native of Karaqin Banner, Inner Mongolia, graduated from the Party School of the Central Committee, a second-class justice, joined the Communist Party of China in July 1976, and began working in March 1971.
