In September 2022, Huangshan City signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Nongfu Spring Co., Ltd., and Nongfu Spring invested 1.25 billion yuan to build an advanced natural drinking water production base in Huangshan City. Since the implementation of the project, Huangshan City and District have formed a special project team to firmly establish the service concept of "one step ahead and take the initiative", grasp the progress of the work at the first time, follow up the service measures, and advance the assistant service to the project preparation stage.

The project took a total of 273 days from contact to signing, only 3 days from enterprise registration to project filing, and only more than 3 months from land transfer to completion of leveling. Today, the construction of Nongfu Spring Maternity Room has been basically completed, and the first production line is expected to be officially put into operation this summer.
