Former 343 art director Justin Dinges recently updated his LinkedIn profile, which reflects his involvement in the development of Halo's next unannounced work between April 2022 and March 2023, after which he left the studio to join Lost Boys Interactive, as shared by X (Twitter) user Idle Sloth.

Meanwhile, current 343 Senior Character Systems Designer Ian Slutz has also been using Unreal Engine 5, and while his LinkedIn profile doesn't specifically mention the next Halo game, Unreal Engine 5 was released in April 2022, a few years after Halo Infinite, which may indicate that 343 Studios is working on something that hasn't yet been announced.
