Specific handling requirements and procedures
1. Application conditions: "Special service for student winter vacation ticket booking" must be 12306 users who have passed the verification of identity information and student preferential qualifications, and there are still remaining preferential rides;
2. Scope of ticket application: Student passengers can reserve all trains that run during the Spring Festival travel period, and migrant workers can reserve all the seats of the additional trains planned to run during the Spring Festival transportation period and the hard seats of the Tuding ordinary speed trains.
3. Submission request: Users can submit ticket purchase requests before 23:00 17 days before departure, and only for themselves. Each user can submit up to 6 pending requests at the same time, and each demand can add 20 different combinations of "train number + seat" with the same travel date and arrival station (both at stations in the same city), and the optional seats are applicable to student discount tickets; Combination, you can add up to 9 passengers who have passed the identity verification.
4. Notification result: At 9:00 on the 16th day before departure, the system will send a notification SMS to the user's reserved mobile phone number, and the user can also check the ticket allocation result through the 12306 App.
5. Payment of fare: After the ticket allocation is successful, the user must pay the ticket through the 12306App before 23:00 on the 16th day before departure. If the number of overdue payments reaches 5 times after successful ticket allocation, the reservation and purchase service will no longer be provided.

The popular routes are mainly concentrated in the four major urban agglomerations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao, and Chengdu-Chongqing. In addition, the number of tourists in southern tourist cities such as Sanya and Haikou, as well as ice and snow tourism cities in Northeast China and Xinjiang, will increase significantly. From the perspective of the international market, the outbound travel market is expected to form a short-term peak season during the Spring Festival, and there will be a small peak in the number of single-day international flights before and after the Spring Festival, and neighboring countries such as Japan and South Korea and Southeast Asia will become hot spots, and the demand for international family visits and study abroad will also increase.
With the high superposition of family visits, students, workers, and tourists, it is estimated that the average daily guaranteed flights of national airlines will reach 16,500 during the Spring Festival.
In order to successfully complete the task of ensuring the Spring Festival transportation of civil aviation, the Civil Aviation Administration of China has made adequate preparations in advance, scientifically researched and judged, and refined measures, focusing on ensuring aviation safety, increasing capacity investment, and providing sincere services.

We will continue to do a good job in ensuring the smooth flow of air logistics, adhere to the principle of "one thing and one coordination", flexibly allocate transportation capacity arrangements, and actively coordinate and increase freight support and resource investment during peak periods to ensure the guarantee of urgent and key materials.
In terms of service guarantee, we will fully consider subjective and objective factors such as market and weather, further optimize flight scheduling, strengthen coordination and cooperation, improve flight normality, and reduce the negative impact of flight cancellation and delay on passenger travel; Airports and air sales network platforms (OTAs) should strengthen on-duty duty, strive to improve the connection rate of customer service calls, and solve passenger demands in a timely manner. Consumer affairs centers should strictly implement the duty system, closely monitor the trend of complaints, urge enterprises to do a good job in handling passenger complaints, do a good job in the prevention and control of new coronavirus infection and other key infectious diseases in winter and spring, implement prevention and control measures in key public areas such as airports, guide passengers to do a good job of personal health protection, and publicize and advocate the wearing of masks when taking flights.
