Douquan Township adheres to the principle of "multi-network integration and one-network co-ordination", and divides the jurisdiction into 14 grids, each grid is equipped with 1 grid member, extending the tentacles of the grid to "people". Vigorously implement the grid linkage service model of "mass ordering, township dispatching, and grid ordering", and carry out the "five home" activities of policy propaganda to the home, holiday greetings to the home, life difficulties and warmth to the home, dispute and conflict mediation to the home, and health and hygiene care to the home. For example, going to the house to explain relevant policies to the elderly, condolences to the people in difficulty and old party members on holidays, sending holiday greetings to them, paying social security for the people with limited mobility, and mediating family conflicts and neighborhood disputes for the villagers.
At the same time, Douquan Township combined the grid action with the activities of the New Era Civilization Practice Station to organize and carry out the activity of "Promoting the Change of Customs and Establishing a Civilized Township Customs". Grid members work with volunteers to publicize the change of customs to the masses, advocate new civilized fashions, and promote the transformation of rural customs and culture into governance efficiency.
In winter, Douquan Township also carried out the activity of "warm service, warm accompaniment". Before and after the snow, the grid staff cooperated with the village cadres to carry out house inspections to ensure that the people were warm for the winter, and cleared the snow after the snow to ensure the safe travel of the people. 'Small actions' to ensure 'people's livelihood', grid members with practical actions to protect the safety of the masses, closer to the relationship with the masses.
Douquan Township also gives full play to the role of a large number of prestigious "five old" volunteers such as veteran cadres, veteran soldiers, veteran party members, veteran teachers, and veteran models in the grid, and participates in neighborhood moral propaganda activities and coordinates and solves conflicts and disputes among villagers with the help of the characteristics of the elderly's enthusiasm, meticulousness, patience, and good communication.
In addition, Douquan Township divides each general grid into multiple micro-grids, especially in Touzui Village, there is also a villager council to discuss village-level affairs, so that villagers have local exchanges and places to talk about things, and at the same time make full use of the "smart grid" to report the hot spots and difficult problems reflected by the masses in a timely manner, do a good job of analysis and judgment in advance, and strive to resolve all kinds of contradictions and disputes, so as to ensure that "small things do not go out of line, big things do not go out of the village, and difficult things do not go out of the township".
