The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) will launch the second batch of 100,000 "Hong Kong Night Eat" Local Residents' Edition Dining Vouchers from 10am on Wednesday (10th) for members of the public to collect online for free, covering about 110 merchants in Hong Kong and a total of more than 600 QTS certified restaurants and bars. From now on, members of the public can visit the official website of the event ("Hong Kong Night Food" Local Residents' Edition Dining and Beverage Consumption Coupon - Information Page | Hong Kong Tourism Board) previews the merchant list.
The second batch of "Hong Kong Night Eats" Local Residents' Edition Dining Consumption Vouchers will continue to be given away, including Hong Kong-style claypot dishes, local noodles and congee, Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurants, seafood restaurants, Chongqing hot pot, American fast food, fried chicken chains, girls' cafés, high-quality French, Italian, Southeast Asian, Japanese and Korean cuisines, etc., as well as a number of popular fashion bars, allowing you to go out with your family and friends to experience the delicious food in the city in the evening.
The "Hong Kong Night Out" Local Citizen Edition Dining Voucher is worth HK$100 each, and members of the public can enjoy a HK$100 discount upon dine-in spending of HK$100 or above at selected restaurants or bars after 6pm every day.
Keep the following four tips in mind to make it easier to collect the "Hong Kong Night Dining Vouchers" for local residents:
(1) Pre-register for a Discover Hong Kong e-platform account
To receive the food and beverage vouchers, members of the public must first have a Discover Hong Kong e-platform account and register with a Hong Kong mobile phone number, and each mobile number can only register one account. Existing users do not need to register again, it is recommended to try to log in in advance to ensure that the account is valid.
(2) Log in to the official website on time and wait patiently to get the ticket
The second batch of food and beverage vouchers will be available on the official website of the event (https://www. Discover Hong Kong.com/hk-tc/deals/night-treats.html) distribution, please be patient as there may be a large number of people participating. Starting from 10 a.m., the event website will arrange for members of the public to queue up to access the website to collect food and beverage vouchers.
(3) Make sure that there is space in the e-wallet to pick up the coupon
Each account can only receive a maximum of one dining voucher at any one time, and can only redeem other vouchers after redemption at the merchant (subject to availability). If members of the public have successfully collected the first batch of food and beverage vouchers earlier, they must use them later to free up space in their e-wallets to collect the second batch of food and beverage consumption vouchers. Once the dining voucher has been added to "My Wallet", it cannot be cancelled or amended.
(4) The voucher can be enjoyed after 6 p.m. every night within 30 days of successful collection
Dining vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of collection (i.e. the date of being added to the e-account wallet) and will not be reissued after the expiration date, and are applicable after 6pm to the end of the merchant's holiday in the evening. To use the dining vouchers, members of the public need to log in to their Discover Hong Kong e-platform accounts on their mobile phones, click "Use Coupons" on the page where the vouchers have been collected, and then scan the HKTB QR code provided by the restaurant or bar to redeem them. If more than one customer holds a dining voucher from the same restaurant or bar, it can be used in the same bill.
