In addition, there is no information in the history books about Huo Qubing marrying a wife, so more people follow Huo Quai's life and are unmarried, and this heir naturally does not have it.
But in fact, this is a misunderstanding of people "in the history books", and there is also a misunderstanding of "home" in Huo Quzhi's so-called "Huns have not been destroyed, and there is no home!" according to the image of "heroic pathos" in their minds.
The "inability to start a family" referred to by Huo Qubing here does not mean "will not start a family in the future", which can be found by looking at the original record of "Historical Records......

Compared with the above, it means that now the Huns have not been eliminated, I really can't let go of this heart, I can't fit my own house, here the above "Zhidi" is the meaning of the big house, Huo Qubing resigned is the big house built for him by Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty.
Why did Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty build a big house for Huo Quai, because Huo Qubing won the "Battle of Hexi" at that time, and was rewarded for the military exploits of our god of war Huo Quai.
There is no meaning of "marriage" here, so what Huo Qubing refused was not marriage, and naturally there is no sad story The so-called "Huo Qubing in order to fight the Huns, inspirational not to destroy the Huns, and not to form a family", is the meaning of Huo Quai's misinterpretation.
Huo Qubing probably married a wife and even had children before he went to the battlefield!

And before Huo Qubing stepped on the battlefield during the period of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, that is, before the age of 18, Huo Qubing was already a marriageable age, why would Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty build a big house for Huo Qubing who made outstanding achievements on the battlefield instead of other rewards, in fact, here we can have reason to think that Huo Qubing was married at this time, and even had children, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty was out of good intentions, and wanted to give Huo Qubing a big house, so that he could live better after having children.

Not only Huo Quai's wife is not recorded, but also Xiang Yu, Li Guang, etc. are not!
Huo Quai's wife is not recorded, and the wives of many heroes have not been recorded, such as Han Xin and Zhang Liang, two of the three heroes of the early Han Dynasty, have not been recorded to have any wives, but Xiao He has a wife who has been recorded, or was hastily mentioned after his death and was named "Hou Hou" by Empress Lu, because it is quite rare for a woman to be a "Hou Hou", and it is "worth appearing" in the history books where words are like gold.
For example, the wonderful story of Xiang Yu and Liu Bang, the overlord of Chu, is described at a large number of lengths, and the dramatic story of the overlord of Chu and Yu Ji is also described in a large number of pages, making people think that Yu Ji is Xiang Yu's "wife", but in fact, "Yu Ji" is not Xiang Yu's wife.
Even Li Guang's wife, whom Sima Qian praised a lot, and the related marriage situation have not been recorded, so we can easily deduce why Huo Quai's wife has not been recorded.
It's nothing more than because Huo Quai's wife was from an ordinary background, and she was not posthumously named any loud name in the later period, and there were no twists and turns between Huo Quzhi and Huo Quai, so Sima Qian did not record the story of Huo Quai's wife.
However, the absence of a record does not mean that Huo Qubing did not get married, because although Sima Qian did not write about Huo Quai's marital status, but clearly recorded the eldest son Huo Huan, the eldest son of the hereditary general Huo Quai, according to Sima Qian's historical Xi, Huo Huan must be the "eldest son", so it is hereditary, otherwise he will definitely write "Huo Huan's lordship" for accuracy, that is to say, Huo Qubing can be sure that he must have a wife.
