Lv Jinsong was born in April 1970, a native of Guiyang, Guizhou, with a postgraduate degree from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee, a master's degree in public administration from Peking University, and a member of the Communist Party of China.

He used to be the secretary of the General Office of the Guizhou Provincial Government and the director of the Sixth Division of the Secretary.

In 2012, he was appointed as the director of the Office of the Food Safety Commission of the Guizhou Provincial Government (deputy director level), and the following year, he was appointed as the deputy director (deputy director) and member of the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Food and Drug Administration (Office of the Food Safety Commission of the Provincial Government), and the deputy director (concurrently) of the Provincial Department of Health. Sun Hanxin was born in May 1980, a native of Jixi, Heilongjiang, and joined the work in September 2009.

Sun Hanxin is a bachelor's, master's and doctoral student at the School of Information Science and Technology of Peking University, and in September 2007, he served as the deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of Peking University during his doctoral studies.

Since September 2009, Sun Hanxin has been working in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, and has successively served as the deputy head of Dongling District (Hunnan New District) of Shenyang City and the deputy head of Hunnan District of Shenyang City.

In December 2017, he was transferred to Shenyang Tourism Group Co., Ltd., and was later appointed as the general manager and deputy secretary of the party committee of the company, and since July 2018, he has been the secretary of the party committee and chairman of the company.
