With the approval of the CPC Central Committee, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission filed a case for examination and investigation into Jiang Jie, former member of the leading party group and vice chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Regional Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, for serious violations of discipline and law.
After investigation, Jiang Jie lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspiration and mission, violated the new development concept, failed to fulfill his political responsibility of comprehensively and strictly administering the party, was disloyal and dishonest to the party, resisted organizational censorship, engaged in superstitious activities, and polluted the local political ecology; violated the spirit of the eight central regulations, accepted banquets that might affect the fair performance of official duties, and allocated official vehicles beyond the standard; sought benefits for others and accepted property in the work of selecting and appointing cadres; failed to keep the bottom line of honesty, accepted gifts and money in violation of regulations, owned shares of non-listed companies in violation of regulations, and engaged in power and sex trading; greedy for pleasure, corrupted in life, and corrupted in work style; engaged in power-for-money transactions on a large scale, and took advantage of his position to facilitate others in contracting projects, land transfer, business operation, etc., and illegally accepted huge amounts of property.
Jiang Jie seriously violated the party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, work discipline and life discipline, constituting a serious violation of public office and suspected of taking bribes, and did not restrain or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which is serious in nature and has a bad impact, and should be seriously dealt with. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Sanctions of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Governmental Sanctions for Public Employees," and other relevant provisions, the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection studied and reported to the CPC Central Committee for approval, and decided to expel Jiang Jie from the party; the State Supervision Commission will give him the sanction of dismissal from public office; terminate his qualifications as a deputy to the 10 th Party Congress of the Tibet Autonomous Region; confiscate his disciplinary and illegal gains; transfer the issue of his suspected crime to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution in accordance with the law, and transfer the property involved together.

With the approval of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission conducted a case review and investigation into the serious violation of discipline and law by Xiao Xing, former member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of China Taiping Insurance Group Co., Ltd.
After investigation, Xiao Xing lost his ideals and beliefs, deviated from his original mission, did not believe in Marxism-Leninism, believed in ghosts and gods, engaged in superstitious activities, was disloyal and dishonest to the party, and resisted organizational censorship; ignored the spirit of the eight central regulations, accepted gifts and money in violation of regulations, and accepted banquets and tourist activities that might affect the fair performance of official duties; violated organizational principles, did not truthfully report personal matters, and used his power and authority to seek benefits for others in the recruitment of employees in violation of regulations; abandoned the bottom line of honesty, used his power or the influence of his position to seek benefits for his relatives' business activities, arranged for others to pay expenses that should be paid by himself, and owned shares of non-listed companies in violation of regulations; trampled on party discipline and state law, and relied on finance to eat finance, wantonly collecting money to accumulate wealth, using the convenience of his position to seek benefits for others in project financing, business cooperation, etc., and illegally accepting huge amounts of property.

After investigation, Wang Yongsheng lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original mission, turned a deaf ear to the spirit of the eight central regulations, violated discipline, accepted gifts and money in violation of regulations, accepted banquets, tours, and golf activities arranged by private business owners in violation of regulations, and borrowed other people's vehicles in violation of regulations; violated organizational principles, concealed and failed to report relevant personal matters, and wantonly interfered. Interfering in the recruitment of employees of financial institutions; owning shares of non-listed companies in violation of regulations; inflating their greed, failing to abide by the bottom line of discipline and law, engaging in power-for-money transactions on a large scale, wantonly accepting the transfer of benefits through covert means such as investment and shareholding, taking advantage of their positions to seek benefits for others in loans, financing, bond subscriptions, and so on, and illegally accepting huge sums of money.
Wang Yongsheng seriously violated the party's organizational discipline and integrity discipline, constituted a serious violation of public office and was suspected of taking bribes, and did not restrain or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which is serious in nature and has a bad impact, and should be seriously dealt with.
