In fact, the Osaka Division is by no means a "soft persimmon". In the early stage of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, they were one of the 17 first-class divisions, and any first-class division was not ordinary, so that the 700,000 national troops could hardly resist the fierce offensive of the 250,000 Japanese army.
The uniqueness of the Osaka Division is reflected in the period of its establishment and its composition. This division was formed during the Meiji Restoration from 6 different regions, of which the fourth division was composed of Osaka people.
