The 2024 Lunar New Year commemorative banknotes are limited to 20 pieces per person.
Redemption Arrangements
From January 9 to January 15, 2024, the appointment of the host bank will make an appointment for the exchange of two-color copper alloy commemorative coins and commemorative banknotes for the 2024 Chinese New Year. The public can go to the designated bank outlets to make an appointment for exchange business at the agreed time with a valid identity document registered in the reservation system.
Banking financial institutions that undertake the exchange appointment
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Postal Savings Bank of China, Huaxia Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Ping An Bank, Huishang Bank, Bank of Changsha, and Shaanxi Rural Credit Cooperatives Union (hereinafter referred to as the appointment undertaking banks) jointly undertake the reservation and exchange of two-color copper alloy commemorative coins and commemorative banknotes for the 2024 Chinese New Year.
