Just when he was at a loss, a younger brother of Chen Bingxi's named "Ah Hei" recommended Liu Zhaohua to him.
Liu Zhaohua, a native of Fu'an City, Fujian Province, like Chen Bingxi, came from a poor family when he was a child. So at the end of May 1996, Liu Zhaohua opened a methamphetamine factory in his hometown of Saiqi Town, Fu'an City, and produced 30 kilograms of methamphetamine for the first time.
This kind of high-profile production of drugs, I believe there is no one else except Liu Zhaohua. Not surprisingly, the police quickly discovered Liu Zhaohua's methamphetamine factory, and Liu Zhaohua himself quietly sneaked to Sanya because he heard the wind beforehand.
After hiding in Sanya for more than a year, Liu Zhaohua came to Puning, Guangdong Province, in May 1998 to find a new "partner", and Chen Bingxi, who had funds and a market, became the first candidate for cooperation.
As soon as Liu Zhaohua saw Chen Bingxi, within a few days, he used a new method to help Chen Bingxi synthesize methamphetamine. The methamphetamine synthesized by Liu Zhaohua is highly pure (up to 85% pure), pure in color and has no unpleasant odor, which makes Chen Bingxi see a huge "business opportunity".
So the two hit it off and began to build a factory to synthesize methamphetamine and sell it to make a profit. As for Tan Xiaolin and Zhang Qisheng, that is outside the "cooperation circle" of the two of them.
For the first time, Chen Bingxi took out 3.7 million yuan of "start-up funds" to start building a factory to make drugs. The two of them have a strict division of labor, Liu Zhaohua is responsible for purchasing raw materials, equipment and manufacturing, and Chen Bingxi is responsible for funding, building factories, transportation and sales. Soon, the two chose the factory building for making methamphetamine in the handbag factory of Chen Junyu, Chen Bingxi's brother-in-law, and hired more than a dozen Puning villagers to carry out specific operations.
Chen Junyu's handbag factory was selected as a factory building, on the one hand, in line with the idea of "fertile water does not flow into the fields of outsiders", on the other hand, it is to cover people's eyes and ears. The dozen Puning villagers did not know that Chen Bingxi and Liu Zhaohua were making methamphetamine, and they thought they were producing an anti-cancer health care drug called onionin. As for outsiders, they are even more ignorant of the inside story, just guessing that they are producing some kind of fragrance.
However, this time, Chen and Liu's partnership to manufacture methamphetamine did not go smoothly. According to Liu Zhaohua's estimates, this factory can produce at least dozens of kilograms of methamphetamine a day, but more than half a month has passed, and even one gram of methamphetamine has not been successfully synthesized. Liu Zhaohua thought that there was a problem in the production link, so he proofread each link and did not find any errors.
At the same time, due to the mistake of an operator, the wastewater that made methamphetamine accidentally discharged into the pond outside the handbag factory, poisoning the pond full of fish and shrimp. The local authority "Old People's Association" came to interfere and look for trouble, and in order not to expose the criminal activities of making methamphetamine, Chen Bingxi chose to use money to calm people. He quickly compensated the owner of the fish pond with huge sums of money and transferred the equipment for making methamphetamine to a pesticide factory in Yinchuan, Ningxia.
Curiously, as soon as the drug-making equipment was moved to Yinchuan, Ningxia, according to the previous method, the methamphetamine was quickly synthesized. In just one year from October 1998 to October 1999, Chen and Liu produced at least 31 tons of methamphetamine. As for the strange thing about why it was impossible to synthesize methamphetamine in Puning, Guangdong, after Chen Bingxi, Liu Zhaohua, Chen Junyu and others were arrested, Chen Junyu confessed the truth of the matter.
It turned out that in order to let Chen Bingxi rent his factory for a long time, Chen Junyu secretly added a small amount of water to the medicine that made methamphetamine every night, so that the methamphetamine could not crystallize into pieces. The methamphetamine cannot be synthesized, and Chen Bingxi will rent Chen Junyu's factory building for a long time, and he himself can justifiably collect the rent.
In November 1999, Chen Bingxi imported 108.85 kilograms of heroin from Tan Xiaolin and prepared to sell it with this batch of methamphetamine. However, after this batch of heroin entered The yunnan Ruili, it was targeted by the police. In order not to scare the snake in the grass, follow the vine to find the bigger drug lord behind it, the anti-drug police followed all the way, and finally the drug dealer transported heroin to a warehouse in Guangdong. This warehouse is Chen Bingxi's.
So the police quickly launched a move to seize the heroin, and many of the "horse boys" that Tan Xiaolin and Chen Bingxi had accepted were also arrested. When the police seized heroin in the warehouse, they found that another warehouse was also very suspicious, and when they opened it, it was full of methamphetamine. The methamphetamine ran from the ground to the roof, and the police brought in a platoon of armed police to transport them all out, and the methamphetamine was enough to take up the size of a basketball court.
The police then counted the methamphetamine, weighing 11 tons, twice as many as the total amount of methamphetamine seized in the world that year, and that was only one-third of the total amount of methamphetamine produced by Mr. Chen and Mr. Lau. Prior to this, Chen Bingxi had sold 19 tons of methamphetamine made by Liu Zhaohua to others.
Soon after, the police seized 1.36 tons of drugs at the home of a villager named Zhang Muquan in Linqing Village, Puning City. It turned out that the 1.36 tons of drugs were privately hidden by Chen Bingxi's subordinate Ji Wenlong, who used to be a barefoot doctor in Lin Qingcun, zhang Muquan and his wife trusted him very much, he said that if he wanted to put something, then let him release it, and the two did not know that this was actually methamphetamine.
After that, the Zhang couple was taken away by the police for investigation, and after more than 9 months of investigation and evidence collection, the Zhang couple was released. The two were very grateful to the public security organs for returning their innocence.
So this time, the police actually seized a total of 12.36 tons of methamphetamine made by Chen Bingxi and Liu Zhaohua. Coupled with the 19 tons sold before, the total amount of methamphetamine manufactured by Chen Bingxi and Liu Zhaohua exceeded 31 tons. What an amazing number!
After 12.36 tons of methamphetamine were seized by the police, Chen Bingxi and Liu Zhaohua began their respective escapes.
Liu Zhaohua, alias "Li Senqing", spent more than five years fleeing in Guilin, Guangxi, Qingdao, Shandong, and Fu'an, Fujian, before being captured on March 5, 2005 in a house in his hometown in Fu'an, Fujian Province.
Unlike Liu Zhaohua, Chen Bingxi chose to flee overseas. By the time the police arrived in Puning on November 12, 1999, Mr. Chen had fled from Guangdong to Guangxi, then into Vietnam and finally to Thailand.
In order to avoid future troubles, as early as 1996, Chen Bingxi "passed" his two sons to Chen Renzhong and helped them obtain permanent resident status in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. After the Chan Byung-seok case, the two sons were taken to live in Hong Kong.
At that time, the Guangdong police thought that Chen Bingxi was still hiding in China for three reasons:
First, Chen Bingxi and his wife Chen Baoyu do not understand foreign languages, and it is difficult to communicate with others when going to foreign countries;
Second, Chen Bingxi's bank account was frozen, he fled in a hurry, and did not have enough money to maintain his life;
Third, many of Chen Bingxi's accomplices have been arrested, and other relevant figures have also been monitored by the police, and it is difficult for him to obtain help from the "drug circle" people;
In fact, after Chen Bingxi sensed that there was danger, he immediately got a sum of money through the underground money bank. Then the couple bought fake passports, one pseudonym Lin Jinxian and the other named Chen Yu, illegally smuggled from Guangxi to Vietnam, and then detoured back to Thailand.
After arriving in Bangkok, Thailand, Chen Bingxi and his wife Chen Baoyu rented an ordinary house and began a life of isolation.
Since Chan's whereabouts could not be found, the police focused on some of Chen Bingxi's accomplices. Later, with the arrest of Tan Xiaolin and Zhang Qisheng, the police judged that Chen Bingxi should also be in Thailand.
In 2003, Chen Bingxi's money had been used up, in order to live, Chen Bingxi desperately took a risk, he contacted Chen Junsan in his hometown in Guangdong and asked him to remit 12 million yuan to himself. Chen Junsan did as he was told, unaware that he was already under the secret surveillance of the police. As a result, Chen Junsan inadvertently exposed Chen Bingxi's whereabouts.
What really caught Chen Bingxi was because of his act of burning incense and worshipping the Buddha in Thai temples. After Chen Junsan remitted, the police investigated the remittance and learned that Chen Bingxi was trading with someone else's account, and they could only preliminarily determine that Chen Bingxi should be in a certain area of Bangkok, Thailand. After consultations with thai high-level officials, China and Thailand set up a joint investigation team to hunt down Chen Bingxi, who was hiding in Bangkok.
After receiving the remittance, Chen Bingxi believed that it was a bodhisattva blessing to help him get through this "difficulty". Chen Bingxi usually likes to burn incense and worship the Buddha in order to seek peace of mind, and after receiving the remittance this time, he went with his wife to burn incense in a temple in Bangkok to make a wish.
When donating money to the temple, Chen Bingxi and Chen Baoyu left their real names, which is their usual practice. In front of the bodhisattva, they do not dare to lie, on the other hand, they are also afraid of using a false name, and the bodhisattva "blesses" the wrong person.
It was because of such a real name that attracted the attention of the police, and the joint police conducted a dragnet inspection of Bangkok's temples and Chinese communities. Finally, in a Thai Chaoshan restaurant, the Thai police arrested Chen Bingxi, who was eating his hometown dish.
On November 4, 2003, Thai police handed Chen Over to the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau.
On December 14, 2006, the Guangdong Provincial Intermediate People's Court rendered a first-instance judgment against Chen Bingxi and Chen Baoyu.
Chen Bingxi was sentenced to death for the crimes of trafficking, transporting, and manufacturing drugs and smuggling the border, deprived of his political rights for life, and confiscated all his personal property.
Chen Baoyu was sentenced to 11 years and 6 months in prison.
On the morning of January 9, 2009, 53-year-old Chen Bingxi was executed in Guangzhou.
Nine months after Chen Bingxi's execution, his "good partner" Liu Zhaohua was also executed in Guangzhou at the age of 44.
Chen Bingxi went from a poor boy to a rich businessman through his own efforts, which is commendable and referenced.
After becoming a wealthy businessman, he did not satisfy his selfish desires, and in order to make more money, he began to embark on the illegal road of drug trafficking and drug production, which broke up countless families. This is sinful and deserves to be punished by the law! He was eventually executed, and he deserved it.
Chen Bingxi is passionate about public welfare and burning incense to worship the Buddha, but this is not his true inner kindness, but a hypocritical act to cover up his sins and seek inner peace. The people will not praise this kind of behavior, and if the bodhisattva really has a spirit, he will not bless it.
The harm of drugs is enormous, and the anti-drug and anti-narcotics contributions are in the contemporary era and the benefits are in the thousands of autumns. We must not be blinded by money and our hearts, engage in illegal drug trafficking and drug production, and eventually end up harming others and ourselves, and ending up with a fate that harms others and harms ourselves!
