The Zhenjiang City Intermediate People's Court held that defendant Wang Qiaoquan's conduct constituted the crime of accepting bribes, and the amount of bribes accepted was particularly huge. In view of the fact that after Wang Qiaoquan was brought into the case, all the criminal proceeds have been returned, and the punishment may be mitigated as appropriate.
