According to Zhang Mouchang's account, the police locked down 4 criminal suspects, Zhu Moutao, Song Mouxi, Liu Mouchang, and Liu Mouchang's wife Zhu Mouhui. All four are from Shuangfeng County, Hunan Province, and are related to each other.
"This is a typical family-style counterfeit workshop, which integrates production and trafficking, is interconnected, has a clear division of labor, and is highly professional. Their counterfeiting networks are spread all over the country and are of all kinds. On August 27, 2019, Zhu Moutao was arrested in a community in The Dongxihu District of Wuhan City. Two days later, Liu Mouchang's wife, Zhu Mouhui, was captured in Wuhan.

A few days ago, Liu Mouchang and 10 other criminal suspects were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment ranging from one to four years by the Zhongxiang Municipal People's Court for the crime of forging and buying and selling state organ certificates and seals, and more than 20 violators were administratively detained by the public security organs according to law.
