Hello everyone, I am Hebai, and today I will share with you my consumption summary of coffee beans in 2023. As a migrant worker, I have to brew or brew a pot of coffee by myself every morning, and I like to search for coffee beans recommended by coffee friends to try and enjoy unlimited fun.
This year, a total of 5,873g of coffee beans were purchased, with an average of 16g per day, and a total of 1,584.03 yuan was spent, with an average daily consumption of about 4.34 yuan. For the sake of health, I limit myself to only one drink a day, except for some days when I go out to buy outside, which is very reasonable.
Brands I have purchased this year include: Liangzhi Coffee, Outman Coffee, LetsGrindCoffee, JokerCoffee, Qicheng Colonization, Optometrist, Blake, and Captain George.
Below, I will share a few beans that I will repurchase, divided into Italian beans and hand-poured beans, and 6 beans will be selected for each.
1. Italian beans
My personal preference is medium roasted beans for hot latte, medium light roast for American, and good quality beans for medium and light roast will also be used for milk coffee. So the beans that I will buy back are also based on my own personal taste.

American: The taste of citrus is obvious, sweet and sour taste, the bitterness is weak, and there is a juice feeling at low temperatures, which is very delicious. Recommendation:

Milk coffee: The fruity aroma is very obvious, the entrance is rich, the sweetness of the berry aroma is excellent, and the flavor of butter cookies is a little bit, I like it very much. Recommendation:
American: The juice is very strong, the sweet and sour feeling of peach and strawberry is very prominent, no bitterness, I like it. Recommendation:
05 Captain George Sea Lions Blend
Roast level: Light, medium and dark blend
Blending options: Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia (washed, sun-dried)

The aroma is dominated by red fruits, light malic acid at high temperature, very soft acidity, and sweet and light fruit juice syrup with a little peach fragrance in the middle temperature segment. The smoothness is good and the taste is soft. The overall taste is relatively light, very comfortable to drink, and the flavor is not outstanding, but it is delicious. Recommendation:
04 Healing Priest Kenyan round beans

The dry aroma is also characteristic of Kenya and the aroma of berries. In the mouth, it has a clear berry flavor, and the sweetness is high in the middle, and when the temperature is lowered, you can drink a clear tomato, and it is sweet and sour. A very Kenyan flavor of a bean, I like it!
05 Optometry Essevoka

The high temperature is the aroma of berries, a bit like wine, after the temperature is lowered, it is very smooth, the acidity is soft, there is the sweetness of plum honey, and there is a little nutty sweetness at the end, the flavor is rich, clean, and delicious!
