After all, I'm not a teacher, so I have to come up with a whole outline and list them one by one. I don't have that level either, I just thought about it and added it.
Find the position of the arrow 1 in the above figure, and see that there is a horizontal line in front of the one? Although the bottom of the first position missed the horizontal line, but he did not fall much, and then immediately stood up again, this time is also in line, but it can only be regarded as a rebound, and his goal is the high in front of the left.
The No. 1 position crossed above the five-day moving average and ate the black candle on the left, and his closing price also stood at the five-day moving average, not the kind that has just emerged and has a large section underneath, so this is also in line.
As usual, when it comes to this high, if there is stagflation, it is necessary to do a reduction action, and the rest of the tail market will depend on the situation, and we will talk about this specific when we come out later.
First of all, its bottom is compliant, but it doesn't meet when he breaks through. Because his closing price didn't completely eat the black candlestick on the left, and did his closing price just stick to the five-day moving average?
First of all, its bottom does not match, and he has fallen below the bottom of number two. This kind of rebound can only be regarded as a weak rebound, and this rebound is not as strong as the one in the previous position, because he is standing on the horizontal line, and this kind of weak rebound is directly filtered out.
Talking about this kind of sideways trend! Speculating in stocks is not afraid of high or low, but it is afraid of being sideways, and how many people have been stabbed in this sideways.
Find the position marked No. 1 in the picture above, the bottom of No. 1 is in line with it, because it fell below and then pulled back, but his breakout did not match, his closing price was just above the five-day moving average, and there is still a big cut below it.
As for his subsequent rise, it has nothing to do with us, just when he just rose his five-day moving average. A lot of people don't like to chase, and I don't like to chase, so let's just defend it.
First of all, the bottom of the second position is in line, but his breakthrough is not in line. Although breaking through the five-day moving average is in line, we have already talked about it when we were training a single moving average, and his kind of lower shadow is very long, so wait and see first, and wait for the next day to confirm.
But his second candle is still a long lower shadow, and then it continues to extend downward, and the third candle does not stand above the five-day moving average, and then waits for the next opportunity.
First of all, the bottom of the third position is in line, and this kind of thing is regarded as a rebound, but the rebound is too high, so this is easy to become a reversal. Then I started tracking 1/3 of his fall, and saw that he couldn't fall, didn't break the ground, and then when he reversed, could you think about it?
Is the No. 4 position in line? The No. 4 position is in line, first of all, his bottom is not broken, and he has to wait for the front high to step back. But his second K-line is open high, don't do it like this, many times the high opening is prone to reverse the trend.
Is the No. 5 position in line? His bottom is in line, but the lower shadow is too long, and the next day he received a long upper shadow, indicating that the upper pressure is relatively high. Then it is postponed to the next candle, and the next one falls below the five-day moving average, so continue to wait for the next time.
Is the No. 6 position in line? Except for the bottom of No. 6, nothing else is in line, and his closing price does not completely eat the black line, so it can only be the same as him. Like a long black candle, it usually has to be eaten completely, and then it is exposed a little bit, and his upper and lower shadows are long, so just look at the next day, eat and fall below the five-day moving average, and wait for the next opportunity.
After practicing Xi through the above chart, have you noticed that when the market is flat, the signals are still very much. When there are more signals, the number of transactions will increase, and the more transactions there are, the probability of failure will also increase?
