Ye Xiaoqin, from a silent public welfare 30 years ago, to influencing colleagues around him to do public welfare, his sub-branch was awarded the title of "Xiaoqin Public Welfare Home", and then to drive employees and customers to do public welfare, CCB Hangzhou Branch established the "Xiaoqin Public Welfare" brand. A person's thirty years of public welfare
In 1994, Ye Xiaoqin joined CCB. She happened to listen to the radio "Hope Project" program reported that some school-age children in poor mountainous areas of Zhejiang had to drop out of school at home because they could not afford to pay their tuition, and Ye Xiaoqin was moved by the children's thirst for learning. That time, she donated 300 yuan, and that year, her monthly salary was 140 yuan. Since then, Ye Xiaoqin has paid close attention to the Red Cross Society of China, silently extending his helping hand to those children in need. Sponsorship has become a Xi for her, and she has persisted for thirty years.
In her thick donation record, there are one heartwarming story after another. In 1997, Xiao Yang, a fifth-grade elementary school student living in the mountainous area of Kaihua County, Zhejiang Province, suffered a family accident: his father was paralyzed in bed due to an accident, and the family's most important source of income was gone, and he had to rely on his illiterate mother to do farm work. In desperation, Xiao Yang had to take a break from school and go home to take care of his father and help his mother. Ye Xiaoqin, who was far away in Hangzhou, learned about Xiao Yang and his family, and the next day he remitted his two months' income to Xiao Yang's family, and wrote a short letter to Xiao Yang, telling him that everyone will encounter misfortune in their lives, and some people's misfortunes come earlier and more violently, that is because fate will give him more responsibilities, encourage him to study hard and Xi, and work hard for the future of himself and his family. With Ye Xiaoqin's sponsorship, Xiao Yang returned to school, and his father also received treatment with the help of the local civil affairs department and gradually recovered. However, the connection between Ye Xiaoqin and Xiao Yang has not been interrupted, and before the start of school every year, Ye Xiaoqin never forgets to remit a sum of money to him, and never forgets to write him a message of encouragement. Xiao Yang is just one of the many children that Ye Xiaoqin has sponsored, from the initial 300 yuan at a time, to one or two thousand yuan later, and then to several thousand yuan now, she has paired with more than 100 students, of which more than 30 have been admitted to universities. But she still felt that what she was giving was far from enough. In fact, she and her family still live in the old ancestral house, and they are very frugal in food and clothing, and they only want to help more people.
Thirty years of public welfare have created Ye Xiaoqin's kind and firm quality. She said that people should be kind, because kindness is the highest reward of conscience for oneself, but it is not an unprincipled compromise. In the process of helping students, she once encountered such an incident.
A student who had been sponsored for several years took the initiative to contact Ye Xiaoqin, saying that he was admitted to a private middle school with a tuition fee of more than 20,000 yuan, but his family could not afford it at all. Ye Xiaoqin understood his appeal, and she did not give generously as usual, because she felt that if the child could not understand the hard work of his parents, but wanted to use the kindness of others to achieve his goal, such a subsidy would undoubtedly fail. She talked a lot with the child, about why she would help him, about the hard work of his parents, about what kind of person he wanted to become. Later, he figured it out, and with Ye Xiaoqin's continued funding, he went to a public middle school and was admitted to a normal university. He said that in the future, he will be like Aunt Ye to help more children in mountainous areas grow up.
In line with the simple idea of doing good deeds without leaving a name, Ye Xiaoqin did not mention what she did in the unit at the beginning, everyone only knew that she was a dedicated, diligent and thrifty eldest sister. It wasn't until the 2017 "Most Beautiful CCB People" selection event that colleagues knew that there was such a public welfare expert around them.
A group of people's public welfare dreams
"At the beginning, the understanding was relatively simple, and I felt that it was too deliberate to do something small and publicize it, and it was suspected of selling fame and reputation. However, an incident that happened after joining the Linping District Volunteer Association changed Ye Xiaoqin's mind.
Every year around Children's Day, Ye Xiaoqin will participate in the mountain student assistance activities organized by the District Volunteer Association. One year, in a primary school in Pan'an County, Jinhua, she noticed that a little girl was still wearing a tweed coat, and everyone was already wearing short sleeves. Ye Xiaoqin asked the principal, only to learn that the little girl's mother had epilepsy, and her father was also injured and lost his ability to work, and the family was so poor that he could only wear what to wear. That day, Ye Xiaoqin posted a photo of the little girl's back in the circle of friends, feeling that his strength is limited, and hopes that more people will care about the little girl. In the days that followed, her colleagues contacted her, some of them sent neatly folded clothes for the right age, some bought new clothes, and she sorted out three large bags of clothes and sent them to the primary school through the district volunteer association.

"Many colleagues took the initiative to ask me to donate clothes and money, and they also said that they had always hoped to do something good, but they were afraid of being deceived if they did not have a suitable channel. Through this incident, I have learned that the greatest significance of public welfare is not how much money and materials individuals donate or how big projects they do, but to spread and cooperate. She began to generously share her philanthropic activities and insights with her colleagues.
Under the leadership of Ye Xiaoqin, the staff of CCB Linping Sub-branch have joined the charity team and often carried out activities such as love donations, elderly services, environmental protection and public welfare, love kitchens, and financial education. They visited Vietnam veterans, visited the elderly in the community, and accompanied disabled children to do handicrafts, thus building a good public welfare image in the local area. In August 2018, the Hangzhou Financial Trade Union awarded Ye Xiaoqin's branch the title of "Xiaoqin Public Welfare Home", which is the first public welfare home named after an individual in Hangzhou's financial system.

Subsequently, Hangzhou Branch promoted the brand of "Xiaoqin Public Welfare" throughout the bank, integrated new financial actions, and created five series of public welfare, namely Harbor Public Welfare, Care for the Next Generation, Care for New Citizens, Protection of Special Groups, and Civilized Fashion Volunteering, which bloomed warm flowers in all corners of the city and countryside.

The immature voice of a left-behind child in a mountainous area is full of emotion. Thanks to the sharing concept of "Laborers' Harbor", the "Dream Book House" public welfare project of Hangzhou Branch was launched in Lishui, Quzhou and other places in 2018.
The original intention of the "Dream Book House" is to mobilize employees to share the extracurricular books that their children have read with children in mountainous areas. In recent years, this public welfare team has continued to grow and develop.
