These collections include a 20-inch black-and-white television set made in West Germany as a prize awarded to Han Cun by the relevant departments of the provincial "Five Stresses and Four Beauty" departments in March 1982, the 1983 and 1987 Provincial People's Congress Deputy Certificates of Han Wenning's father, the 1989 Provincial People's Congress Attendance Certificate of the Second Session of the Seventh Provincial People's Congress, the Certificate and Medal of "National Advanced Individual in Law Popularization" issued by the Central Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Justice, and the certificate of "Advanced Individual in Henan Province for Popularizing Legal Knowledge". Han Guiling was born in February 1942 and successively served as the secretary of the Party branch of the Hancun Brigade of Tanzhuang Commune, Shangshui County, and the deputy director of the Judicial Office of Tanzhuang Township (Town), Shangshui County. During his tenure of office, he organized and carried out the "five stresses and four beauties" activities and the work of popularizing the law at the grassroots level, and achieved remarkable results, and was commended by the state and the province on many occasions. This collection is a physical witness to the construction of spiritual civilization and the popularization of law at the grassroots level after the reform and opening up, and has a certain historical value.
