Recently, the renovation of the second district of Yonglin New Village has been successfully completed. This is also the first old community to complete the renovation of the project started this year.
The renovation project of Yonglin New Village District 2 involves a total of 79 houses, which mainly involve building facades, municipal roads, rainwater pipe networks, landscape greening, intelligent security, etc., and according to the characteristics of the groups in the community, combined with the actual demands of residents in the community, additional facilities for the elderly, children's activity fitness facilities, fitness facilities for the elderly, technical defense and security facilities, etc.

With the continuous efforts of various departments in the district, many old houses in the area are changing from "old" to "new", roads from "blocked" to "sparse", and buildings from "chaotic" to "Qi".
At the same time, due to the old housing, aging infrastructure, lack of supporting facilities, it has been difficult to meet the needs of residents to "live well", many residents of the old community, are looking forward to such as improving the community environment, installing elevators, adding car parking spaces, non-motor vehicle parking and charging places, increasing leisure activity venues, smart facilities and other "hard projects". In addition, the renovation of the old community not only transforms the hardware facilities and improves the "appearance" of the community, but also realizes the synchronous upgrade of the "software" of community governance.
Under the guidance of the Gusu District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee, the second district of Lingtang New Village set up a temporary party branch at the beginning of the community renovation to guide residents to become the "masters" of the renovation project, and to walk out of a "party building leading + resident autonomy" of the old community transformation, synchronous increase of ladders of the butterfly change road, and guide the establishment of a temporary party branch in the second district of Lingtang New Village.
