With the rise of short videos and live broadcasts,
Batch after batch of legendary Internet celebrities have risen.
Beauty bloggers, outfit bloggers, travel bloggers, food bloggers, chicken soup bloggers...
The content is also varied.
In recent years, the "private arrest system" has quickly become popular in the Japanese Internet celebrity circle.
The so-called "private arrest" originally referred to the Japanese law, which stipulates that when an ordinary person encounters a crime scene, he or she can arrest a criminal on the spot even without a warrant.
For this reason, some Japanese Internet celebrities call themselves "righteous people", specializing in catching perverts, candid photos, and scalpers in public... Then the "arrest" process is posted on the Internet to obtain huge traffic.
01
On November 13, the Japanese police arrested Japan's "private arrest system" Internet celebrity - Kazuaki Sugita on charges of defamation and suspected of damaging reputation.
Kazuaki Sugida, 40 years old this year, has an online account called "煉獄コロアキ" (the YouTube pipe number has been blocked).
That's right, it's "Flame Pillar Purgatory Kyojuro" in COS "Demon Slayer".
His homepage introduction: Extinguishing the improper resale of Genesys tickets, extinguishing the sale of underage spring in Okubo Park...
In September of this year, Kazuaki Sugita released a video of the "arrest of scalpers".
In order to get close to scalpers who resell concert tickets at high prices, Kazuaki Sugita and his gang disguised customers online and made an appointment with a scalper for offline transactions.
The scalper describes what he wears: a long black dress with sneakers.
When they arrived at the trading place, they happened to see a girl wearing a long black dress and sneakers, so the group directly surrounded them, indiscriminately took out their mobile phones and took pictures of the girl.
In the video, about 5 or 6 big men work together to surround and "hunt" the young girl.
And said to it:
"Miss, you're a scalper."
"Did you know that illegal resale of tickets is punishable by up to one year in prison and a fine of up to 1 million yen?"
"Miss, you're doing your father's job, right?"
"If you're so rich, lend me 80,000 yen!
......
The girl was frightened.
She ran, and Sugida and the others also chased after her.
Finally stopped the roadside taxi and wanted to leave, but they grabbed the girl's arm tightly and refused to let her get into the car, and roughly dragged her to the back of the car.
The girl panicked and tried to get into the car from the other side, but was dragged out of the car by force.
The girl yelled "it hurts, stop!"...
After that, the girl reluctantly agreed to get out of the car, and the girl even dropped her shoes during the pull, which was super embarrassing.
The girl had to ask passers-by for help, but Sugita and his gang still refused to let her go, and they kept following the shooting.
Until someone yells "Mistaken! It's not her!"
Sugita and his entourage were willing to let the girl go.
In fact, the 18-year-old girl was neither a scalper nor a "daddy", she was just going to the Imperial Theater to meet her friends.
Sugita and his gang had no evidence that she was supposed to resell tickets.
So, private arrest = casual arrest?!
And knowing that he made a mistake, Sugita still uploaded the video to the Internet afterwards, calling it "a beautiful scalper who escaped in a taxi", and didn't even mosaic the girl, and directly marked it with insulting words such as "scalper" and "engaged in dad work".
So the girl sued Sugita for "defamation".
After his arrest on November 13, Sugita remained painless.
Before getting into the police car, there was also a declaration of the second sentence: "Private arrest is immortal!"
A few days later, on December 1, the Japanese police re-arrested Kazuaki Sugita on suspicion of illegal imprisonment.
He yawned heavily, seemingly unconcerned.
It is understood that on the night of September 8, Sugita and his accomplices conspired to surround a man in his 50s on the streets of Katsurasaku Ward, Tokyo, and while filming with his mobile phone, he shouted "Let's go to the police station" and other words, pushed the man down and illegally detained him.
02
It is understood that Kazuaki Sugita has always been an old man with a bad record.
Sugida, who dropped out of high school, worked at gas stations, construction sites and other places, often borrowing money and not paying it back, and even failed to pay the rent, and was forced by the court many times.
After arriving in Tokyo at the age of 22, Sugita began to speculate in stocks.
In 2012, his assets could be as high as 500 million yen, but in 2018, he had a debt of 100 million yen.
In 2019, he was arrested for stealing 1 million yen from the convenience store where he worked, and was eventually sentenced to 2 years in prison with 5 years of probation.
In October 2021, in order to attract attention, he participated in various "anti-COVID vaccine" and "anti-masking" actions.
After being a little famous, he ate soft rice in various ways and walked among different women.
In February 2022, he stole 6.5 million yen from his live-in girlfriend and used it to speculate in stocks, but he lost it all.
So I cried on the Internet every day and begged for rewards, and threatened: I won't pay back the money, and now I just want to bankrupt myself...
In August of the same year, he cosplayed Kyojuro in purgatory, almost naked and stormed the headquarters of the old Unification Church, and was later taken away by the police, which also became a hot topic.
It is said that the group was planning to dance in the streets again, but Sugita suddenly began to undress and announced that the dance event was canceled and that he would rush into the church instead.
After seeing the popularity of the "private arrest system",
In September this year, it switched to "private arrests".
He often wandered around Kabukicho, Okubo Park, and other places, and when he saw men and women walking together, he said that they had an illicit relationship.
Filming underage aid is also very malicious to girls, and they often publish videos without mosaicing, which seriously violates the privacy of others and accidentally injures many amateurs.
He often "went to the police" to passers-by for no reason, wronged others, restricted freedom of movement, violently surrounded and so on without clear evidence.
In short, for the sake of red, all kinds have no bottom line.
There is also the recent hostage-taking incident at the post office in Saitama Warabi City.
He deliberately rushed to the scene and constantly harassed the NHK reporter who was nervously broadcasting live, and said with a grin:
"Are you streaming now?
What's the situation like on site?
I'm also a well-known media person..."
Shamelessly, he still plans to enter politics?!
In May of this year, Sugita participated in the election of members of the Musashino City Council, promising to give 100,000 yen to each Musashino citizen if elected.
However, in the end, he failed miserably, and out of 40 candidates, he ranked 37th with 190 votes.
It is estimated that he also wants to attract attention.
03
Not only Sugida, but the police have recently arrested several "private arrest" YouTube bloggers.
The YouTube channel "ガッツch" is also a popular "private arrest" Internet celebrity in Japan.
As of November 20, 327 videos have been uploaded and 265,000 subscribers have been uploaded.
On November 20, the account operators Ren Konno (known by the screen name Ren Nakajima) and Mitsuharo Okumura, 28, were arrested on suspicion of inciting others to possess stimulants.
The police said that in August this year, the two pretended to be girls online, met a man and proposed to take stimulants together, and asked the other party to take Du Pin to meet on the streets of Shinjuku, but they didn't expect the netizen to really go to the appointment.
When the two approached the male netizen, they said, "Please let us check the items in our possession", and then launched an "arrest", filmed the process and posted it on the Internet.
They also called the police beforehand so that real police officers arrived at the scene.
After investigating the facts, two people were also arrested.
And they once "righteously and awe-inspiringly" claimed that they were not for profit, but for "changing society"...
04
These "Internet celebrities" really have no bottom line for traffic.
In the absence of clear evidence, they often violently surround women, hug women's waists and buttocks, wrongfully abuse others, restrict freedom of movement, etc., and even induce others to commit crimes in order to have filming content.
However, the latest news, Kazuaki Sugita has been released.
Recently, Sugita wrote on SNS: "I'm back!"
"I was a weak person, I cried a lot in the detention center and I wanted to kill myself many times," he recalled.
He also said that after he was arrested, he lost everything, including his job, the case, LINE, the woman and his home...
