Recently revealed information revealed that the source code of Ethics and the Rule of Law 5 (GTA 5) had been leaked to the internet and sold for a low price of $2,000. The leaked 4.5 GB file, which reportedly contained the game's program code, was taken by hackers from a 2022 attack and is now starting to spread through private chat groups and TOR links.
The report states that a "modifying" group bought the source code and tried to resell it for $6,000. However, after lowering the price, they found that no one wanted to buy it, so one of the members decided to leak the code instead of continuing to sell.
In the 4.5 GB source code, eight unreleased DLCs are mentioned, including one that may be Manhunt-themed and the integration of Liberty City into the basic GTA 5 game. These leaked GTA 5 unannounced DLC lists include:

Reactions to the leak have varied, with some expressing concern about the problems it might cause, while the leakers were unconcerned and said they would all leak out.
Although the authenticity of these leaks has not been verified, for those who don't know the situation, the source code contains sensitive game files, showing early versions of the Emoral & Rule of Law 5 map, scripts, and even some interesting but abandoned content. In addition, the unreleased DLC and the codename "Project Americas" for Ethics and the Rule of Law 6 are mentioned.
The leak also exposed the email addresses of 1,158 employees, but reportedly did not involve any personal or sensitive personal data.
It's important to note that although Rockstar Games hasn't made an official statement yet, it looks like a lot of people have already gotten their hands on the source code for Ethics & Rule of Law 5.
