With the completion of the construction of the main structure of the basement in the S1 and S4 areas, the new construction project of the service center of Shanghai Songjiang Station has successfully achieved the goal of plus or minus zero before New Year's Day, and the project has fully entered the construction stage of the main structure above ground.
The project is planned to be opened simultaneously with the Shanghai-Suzhou-Lake Railway.
At that time, it is expected to take 28 minutes from Shanghai Songjiang to Huzhou, Zhejiang, 45 minutes to Xuancheng, Anhui, and only one and a half hours to Hefei, Anhui.
In the future, Songjiang Hub will form a comprehensive transportation hub integrating various transportation modes such as national railway, intercity, general speed, subway, bus, taxi, tram, social vehicles, etc., with a comprehensive layout and a 'city living room' with diversified functions and open integration.
According to the preliminary demand forecast, the average annual passenger flow of the Songjiang hub in the future will reach more than 20 million person-times.
The new project of Shanghai Songjiang Station Service Center, undertaken by China Railway 24th Bureau, is an important supporting project of Shanghai Songjiang South Station of Shanghai-Suzhou-Lake Railway, and will become an important part of the comprehensive transportation hub of the new Songjiang Station.
The construction area of the new project of Shanghai Songjiang Station Service Center is about 190,000 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is about 97,000 square meters and the underground construction area is about 93,000 square meters.
According to reports, after the transformation and upgrading, the scale of the Songjiang hub is basically determined to be 9 sets of 23 lines, and the hub will build a rapid distribution system, improve the ground road network, and enhance public transportation facilities. In addition to the existing Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway with 2 sets and 4 lines, and the planned construction of the Shanghai-Suzhou-Lake railway, the Shanghai South Railway Station general-speed railway will be gradually relocated to the Songjiang hub, and at the same time, the Shanghai-Hangzhou intercity, the east-west railway line, and the urban line Jiaqingsongjin line and other access conditions are planned.
The project team made every effort to promote the construction of the project while doing a good job of cold protection for the workers. During the New Year's Day, in order to ensure the smooth realization of the pre-holiday goal, the project department adopted non-stop construction on holidays and 24-hour non-stop shifts for operation.
