Changzhou celebrity cultural protection and research has new achievements, on the morning of January 8, the Qing Dynasty Caoyun famous minister Guan Ganzhen Memorial Hall was repaired and officially opened to the public.

Guan Ganzhen was a native of Yanghu County, the capital of Changzhou in the Qing Dynasty, and he entered the army in the middle of the 31st year of Qianlong, successively serving as the editor of the Hanlin Academy, the imperial history, and the attendant of the Ministry of Works, and from 1789 he was the governor of Caoyun, with a clean and honest official, gengzhi and selfless. Guan Ganzhen was also a painter and scholar, and he was blessed with the true essence of Nantian, and many works such as "Five Classics and One Corner" and "Ming Shizhi" were handed down.

The Guan Ganzhen Memorial Hall is located in the former residence of Guan Ganzhen in the Historical and Cultural District of the North Shore before and after. The exhibition covers an area of 200 square meters, reproducing the life of this famous caoyun courtier, and a group of "Blessing Hall" scenes are also displayed in the museum.

In recent years, the city has taken the protection of Changzhou's famous historical and cultural city as an opportunity to repair and open a number of celebrity former residences.
