Pheasant overflow is bad for farmers

The state has introduced policies to prevent species extinction, but for pheasants that always destroy farmers' crops, the state will give some relative subsidies in order to balance the interests of farmers, but people can only drive but not hunt.
For example, wild boars, it often eats crops and destroys forests, the national policy of returning farmland to forests and the policy of prohibiting the hunting of wild boars has led to the proliferation of wild boars, but this animal is lethal, I believe you should have seen on the news, wild boars attack human beings.
This also caused a headache for the government, so in 2016 it amended the wildlife protection law, allowing the relevant departments to take measures to protect farmers' production, and organize the relevant departments to carry out reasonable hunting and killing within a certain range.
