Stay and teach for one year
Walking in the chemistry laboratory of Henan Chemical Technician College, Jiang Yuhe, who has become a coach, occasionally Xi, feels that he is still a competitor who repeatedly practiced and prepared for the WorldSkills Competition a year ago.
At that time, she had to stand in the laboratory for more than ten hours a day, doing experiments, typing English experiment reports, and practicing Xi repeatedly.
After winning the world championship, she followed the advice of her teachers and chose to stay in school to teach and become the coach of the new WorldSkills National Team players. Usually I mainly coach players. In addition, I used my spare time to study Xi professional books to supplement my theoretical knowledge.
Jiang Yuhe said that her life can be said to have changed dramatically because of winning the world championship.
In 2017, Jiang Yuhe, who graduated from junior high school, went to the south to work, and she had no education and technology, so she could only work on the assembly line of the factory, and the boring work made her feel bored. When she went home for the Spring Festival in 2018, she told her parents that she wanted to go back to school. In 2018, Jiang Yuhe came to Henan Chemical Vocational School to study. She performed well and was selected for the excellent class and participated in the selection of the WorldSkills competition. Through hard work, Jiang Yuhe became a seeded player.
On November 27, 2022, the Austrian division of the 2022 WorldSkills Competition Special Competition came to an end, and Jiang Yuhe, a "post-00" girl representing China, won the gold medal in the chemical laboratory technology project, achieving a breakthrough of the Chinese team's gold medal "zero" in the project.
Soon after returning to China, Jiang Yuhe stayed at the school to teach, "I feel good to stay in school now, because my specialty is to do experiments." ”
The lab changed her personality
Jiang Yuhe, who is still in the state of being newly employed, is occasionally stumped by students' questions, and she says that she is very Buddhist, and she will not feel embarrassed when she encounters this situation, but is very happy.
"Because it shows that the student is thinking. Jiang Yuhe said that when he encounters a question that cannot be answered, he will ask the coach, figure out the problem, and then communicate with the players.
"The aura of a world champion doesn't mean you're good at everything. Jiang Yuhe said that the medal belongs to the aura of the past, it is a testimony of my past achievements, and the most important thing is to take the next road.
The previous preparation experience has shaped Jiang Yuhe's current calm character.
"I used to like to be lively, but now I like to be quiet. Jiang Yuhe said that at that time, if he was in a person's laboratory, he didn't calm down, and he couldn't do well in the Xi of experimental practice.
Today, there are three contestants in the laboratory, and there was once only one contestant here, Jiang Yuhe. Although there were more than a dozen people in the school training camp at the beginning, she was the only one who made it to the finals. At that time, except for the occasional technical exchange with the three coaches, the rest was that she repeated the game content over and over again. Loneliness and boredom did not make her give up, but after a long time, she became Xi to being alone.
The difference between being a player and being a coach, through half a year of experience, Jiang Yuhe has a new feeling.
"When I'm a player, I'm just under pressure, and the coach will take care of other things for me. As a coach, in addition to having strong operational skills and experimental theories, you must also work with the teachers of the coaching staff to formulate experimental plans for the players," Jiang Yuhe said, in addition to these, it is also necessary to adjust the direction of the next step for the players according to their performance in the experiment.

In the experimental table, the unique advantages of Jiang Yuhe, who was born as a player, were revealed.
"I have a good understanding of the general state needs and direction of the players at each stage. Jiang Yuhe said that for example, in the experiment, some problems that may arise in the contestants can be found in time and help them improve their experimental skills and techniques.
Jiang Yuhe said: "My current specialty is in doing experiments, and there are many deficiencies in theory, so I need to continue to work hard and grow together with the players." ”
At present, Jiang Yuhe's whole energy is to work with the teachers of the coaching staff to make the players selected for the national team go further and strive to represent the country in the world competition.
Recently, they are conducting an overall assessment of Lu Jingyi, a player who has entered the national team of the WorldSkills Competition. After a day of testing, the coaching staff felt that the players were very good overall, and they would be further optimized according to the actual operation of the players.
"In the near future, my goal is to focus on the laboratory, train the next player Lu Jingyi, and let her enter the national training team and be able to sprint out smoothly. As a former champion, this is Jiang Yuhe's truest thoughts.
