Yesterday (26th), Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei signed the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Social Security Card Resident Service "One Card" Cooperation Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), which will gradually realize the interoperability and interoperability of social security cards in the fields of cultural experience, medical treatment and drug purchase, and one-card access.
According to the agreement, the three places will jointly compile the overall planning, scenario tasks and other standards and specifications of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei social security card resident service "all-in-one card", as well as the unified directory list of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei "all-in-one card" applications, so as to accelerate the realization of the cross-provincial universal social security card of the three places, the multi-purpose of one card, and the integrated development of online and offline scenarios.

It is understood that the number of social security card holders in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has reached 115 million, and the number of people who have received electronic social security cards is 85.01 million, covering 74% of the permanent population. At present, the three places have basically achieved interoperability in terms of holding physical social security cards for medical treatment and taking buses and subways.
