author:Dazhangzhou

The container had an oil tank hidden in it, a fuel dispenser was placed on one side, and a simple "refueling point" was "born". This kind of "black refueling point", which is explicitly prohibited by the department, still exists secretly. Recently, the masses have successively reported that there are many illegal gas points in the jurisdiction of Jiaomei Town, Zhangzhou Taiwanese Business District.

On the morning of the 27th, led by the Emergency Bureau of Zhangzhou Taiwanese Business District, and jointly with the Jiaomei Town Government, the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, the Public Security Bureau, the Ecological Bureau, the Investment Promotion Service Center, the Traffic Law Enforcement Brigade and other departments, a number of illegal gas stations were banned.

In an inconspicuous parking lot on the right side of the bridgehead of the New Jiangdong Bridge, a blue container is placed, covered with a black shade net, the door of the container is locked, and a tire is placed in front. The joint law enforcement officers questioned the on-site manager if there was any refueling (equipment) in it and asked the administrator to open the container. At first, the administrator said that there was no refueling equipment in the container.

However, at the strong request of the law enforcement officers, the administrator reluctantly opened the door of the container. Unexpectedly, there was a fuel dispenser hidden inside, and a huge oil storage tank was also hidden in the container.

After investigation, law enforcement officers found that the site was used by a logistics company in Xiangcheng District, Zhangzhou, and rented this site to park vehicles in Jiaomei Town. Zheng Zongliang, head of the law enforcement brigade of the Taiwan Business District Emergency Bureau, said that this is absolutely not allowed.

Law enforcement officers shut down the illegal refueling depot hidden inside the container.

Subsequently, the Herald reporter followed the law enforcement team to a parking lot located in Meixishan Village, the corner of County Road 518. There is a small low house in the innermost part of the parking lot, which is very unremarkable. However, when I walked to the side of the small house, a fuel dispenser appeared in front of the law enforcement officers, and the data was still displayed on the display screen of the refueling machine. In the other side door of the small house, law enforcement officers found another gas dispenser. Unexpectedly, in such an inconspicuous small house, there were 2 fuel dispensers hidden.

"This tank should be buried in the ground. After looking around the scene, the law enforcement team told the reporter of the Herald.

The law enforcement team members did not find the management personnel at the scene, and then notified the village cadres to come to the scene and asked the village to contact the person in charge of the site in time to accept the investigation and punishment of the law enforcement department.

Also next to County Road 518, there is also a "gas station", but this "gas station" does not have a name. After an investigation by the law enforcement team, it was found that the "gas station" had not been reported to the relevant departments, "After investigation, the site passed the environmental impact assessment, but did not report to the relevant departments, and we asked it to stop using it immediately." The law enforcement officer said.

The reporter found that the "gas station" had been exposed before, but he didn't expect that so far, there are still no complete procedures but they still exist.

Zheng Zongliang told the Herald reporter that they also banned an illegal gas station in their previous law enforcement actions, and also hoped that the masses would actively supervise and report to the relevant departments in a timely manner if such places were found.

It is understood that the State Council recently issued the "Action Plan for Continuous Improvement of Air Quality" mentioned that it will strengthen the supervision of oil imports, production, storage, sales, transportation and use, comprehensively clean up and rectify self-built oil tanks, mobile fuel trucks (ships) and black refueling stations, and resolutely crack down on the sale of non-standard oil products as engine fuel. Increase the frequency of diesel sampling in trucks, non-road mobile machinery, and ship fuel tanks, trace the source of clues found, and strictly investigate the main responsibilities of relevant production, sales, and transportation.
