Wuping, the former county of the Central Soviet District and the old revolutionary base area, ended the history of not being connected to the railway, and the western Fujian region realized the "county-to-county railway".
Longlong high-speed railway starts from Longyan Station, Longyan City, Fujian Province, and ends at Longchuan West Station, Heyuan City, Guangdong Province, with a total length of 290 kilometers, according to the construction of three sections from Longyan to Wuping, Wuping to Meizhou, and Meizhou to Longchuan West. The Longyan to Wuping section opened this time, the line is 92 kilometers long, the design speed is 250 kilometers per hour, and there are 4 stations in Longyan, Gutian meeting site, Shanghang and Wuping.
