In the process of developing the regional economy, the Economic Development Center focuses on key points, implements targeted policies, and makes a fuss about revitalizing idle resources. Focus on revitalizing the idle building at No. 16 Yingke Road, and establish the sixth BYD pure electric vehicle 4S store in Dalian, which covers an area of about 20,000 square meters, to achieve "changing cages for birds"; Dalian Hardware and Electromechanical Industrial Park adheres to the principle of "micro transformation and small design" in the city, and takes into account the protection and utilization of old factories to achieve "turning waste into treasure". Since 2022, a total of 131 idle resources and 634,000 square meters have been revitalized in our district.
