Breaking the problem and moving forward is the theme throughout the year. In the face of complex property rights, difficult fire protection to meet the current standards, high financial pressure and other difficult points, our province actively explores the "key to cracking", and the overall planning and flowering on the point go hand in hand.

Focusing on key issues such as "what", "what" and "how" of urban renewal, our province took the lead in formulating the "Jiangsu Provincial Urban Renewal Action Guidelines (2023 Edition)" in the country to guide the front-line work in the whole process and in an all-round way.

Nanjing and Suzhou became the first batch of urban renewal pilot cities in China in November 2021, and it has been two years since then. At present, urban renewal in various places is mostly independent exploration, which is condensed into more systematic and comprehensive guidance and policy measures, and it is necessary to innovate the concept and further strengthen the top-level design.

"Jiangsu mainly accumulates experience, explores paths, forms demonstrations, and gradually promotes through pilot projects, focusing on key blocking points and difficulties in the implementation process, and focusing on the construction of methods and methods, standard systems and policy mechanisms, so as to make useful explorations for the implementation of urban renewal actions.
