In the face of complex property rights, difficult fire protection to meet the current standards, high financial pressure and other difficult points, our province actively explores the "key to cracking", and the overall planning and flowering on the point go hand in hand.
Focusing on key issues such as "what", "what" and "how" of urban renewal, our province took the lead in formulating the "Jiangsu Provincial Urban Renewal Action Guidelines (2023 Edition)" in the country to guide the front-line work in the whole process and in an all-round way.

"'Urban renewal' is not only a construction action, but also a new development model, which is to create urban assets and achieve long-term comprehensive operation through risk elimination, spatial reproduction, industrial optimization, and business introduction.
