Last month, in the British city of Bolton, Christopher David, a 45-year-old Czech man, was arrested at his home, and what awaits him is the punishment of deportation.

In 2002, David moved from his native Czech Republic to settle in the UK.
In just over a decade, he has committed a total of 41 counts and has been convicted 21 times. These include crowd fights, common assaults, dangerous driving, drug possession, and shoplifting, to name a few.
This quickly made him the most familiar old friend of the local police.
In 2015, the British government couldn't stand David's misdeeds, so after David's arrest, the British Home Office officially issued an expulsion order and sent David back to his homeland.

Because over the years, he has already branched out in the UK.
His wife, four children and two grandchildren all live legally in the UK, so he can't live alone in the Czech Republic for the rest of his life!
So he changed his name in disguise, got a passport under his new name, and returned to England to continue living.
But paper couldn't contain the fire, and soon, he was discovered by the British police. The British police held David for a while and sent him back to the Czech Republic again.
Upon his return to the Czech Republic, David returned to England under a pseudonym, where he was arrested and deported......
Over the years, David has been deported by the British government a total of four times, and each time he has managed to run back.

Most recently, in July, after a two-month stay in the Czech Republic, in September he changed his name to "Christian David" and returned to the UK with new travel documents.
This time he stayed at home for two months before being arrested again on November 20 of this year......
The local police filed a lawsuit against David, and prosecutors said that when they arrested David, he kept shouting, "I will definitely come back!" and "Your government is wasting money, I will definitely come back anyway!"

David's defense lawyer exonerated him.
He said that although David had smuggled into the UK four times, the UK was a member of the European Union at the earliest, so David had entered the UK at least once.
