At 9:00 a.m. on July 31, 2021, the 2021 Liuzhou City Volunteer Service Activity of "Promoting the Change of Customs and Customs and Helping Rural Revitalization" and the civilized practice activity of "Party History Study and Education • I Do Practical Things for the Masses" were launched in Shanwan Village, Sun Village, Liunan District. More than 20 volunteers from more than 10 volunteer service teams, including the Bauhinia Volunteer Service Station of Liuzhou City, the "Lei Feng Street Market" Volunteer Service Team of Liuzhou Locomotive Company, the Volunteer Service Team of Liuzhou Railway Transport Procuratorate, and the Volunteer Service Team of Liutie Public Security Department, came to Shanwan Village, Sun Village, Liuzhou, Guangxi Province, to carry out volunteer service activities, providing the masses with more than ten volunteer services such as free health clinics, home appliance maintenance, knife polishing, free haircuts, anti-drug publicity, and anti-telecommunications fraud, which were welcomed by the masses.

The event was jointly organized by the Civilization Office of Liuzhou Municipal Party Committee, Liuzhou New Era Civilization Practice Center, Liuzhou Volunteer Service Federation, Liunan District Committee Civilization Office, Liuzhou Locomotive Company and other units. Before the event, the Liunan District Civilization Office and Liuzhou Locomotive Company went deep into Shanwan Village to observe the people's feelings and listen to public opinions, combined with the needs of the rural masses, tailored service projects, and brought brand service projects such as "Lei Feng Street Market" and Bauhinia Volunteer Service Station, which had not been closed for 56 years, from the urban community to the countryside, to the doorstep of the people, and opened up the last kilometer of civilized practice to serve the masses.
According to statistics, on the day of the event, volunteers provided more than 80 people with health diagnosis and treatment, more than 60 home appliance repairs, more than 30 polishing kitchen knives, more than 30 free haircuts, 10 households to comfort the people in difficulty, and more than 300 people who served the masses.
