Wang Kai said frankly that when some cities with more geographical advantages in the south and northeast also threw "olive branches", Guangping had the most advantage in "people". And this "harmony" is what Wang Kai values the most. As a result, in August 2020, the two sides signed a cooperation framework agreement, and in September, a high-end compacted plate project with an annual output of 50,000 cubic meters was signed. All the promises of the county have not been disappointed - the business license is completed in 1 day, the official seal is engraved and the account is opened directly with the license, and the construction and decoration of the workshop office building are completed in 3 months......

"It's like a blind date to see each other! In the three years of Guangping, we feel more and more that we have come to the right place!" Jiang Fujun, chairman of Guangping Kaiwang Dense Technology Co., Ltd., said that the company has enjoyed the first set of policy rewards of 200,000 yuan for the transformation of patent achievements at the county level in Guangping, and now, the company has been able to complete the initial test, small test, and pilot test in the transformation process of many patent achievements, until the formation of mass production.

Technique is tempered in fire and ice

Jiang Fujun said that through the company's compacting technology, the more affordable poplar, pine and other woods on the market can be turned into dense and hard high-quality thin boards, and the strength can be comparable to expensive huanghuali and mahogany.

In the eye-catching position of the company's plant, under a plaque of "emancipating the mind and forging ahead", the company's achievements in recent years are the achievements. Since April this year, the company has added 22 domestic and international patents for compacting equipment and compacting process, reaching a total of 88.

Further in, compacting line, printing line, flat line...... More than ten long automatic white production lines extend in the workshop, and the workers are stepping up production, a hot scene. A poplar wood with a length of 1 meter and a width of 20 centimeters is naturally dried and enters the compacting machinery through a pre-hot wire, and after 6 to 10 seconds, the compacting is completed, and then enters the cooling device, where the "ice and fire" quenching quickly fixes the properties of the wood.

The mainland is a major producer and consumer of plates. The boards on the market are mainly plywood, particleboard, and MDF, and a common process is to crush fast-growing cork such as poplar and pine, spray glue into sawdust, mix evenly and then press it out at high temperature. As a result, the hardness of the wood increases, but so does the chemical content.

In the early days, Wang Kai's laboratory was in Japan, and in order to find a more environmentally friendly way to "modify" wood, Wang Kai repeatedly pulled suitcases full of wood back and forth between the Japanese laboratory and the Chinese laboratory. "When in doubt, pull up the wood to do experiments" has become the norm in his life. After countless experiments, Wang Kai finally found a way to improve the properties of wood, that is, using a pure physical compacting process with high temperature and high pressure. Compared with common processes, Wang's new discovery is more environmentally friendly and effective.

And this new process has become the core competitiveness of Kaiwang, which happened in the small northern city of Quang Binh.

Innovation is always on the way

"These are the four new 600-ton pressure second-generation compacting equipment, and the vacant land next to it is reserved for the third-generation compacting equipment. Jiang Fujun introduced that the production efficiency of the new equipment is 7 times that of the previous one, and the third generation of compacting equipment can withstand 1,000 tons of pressure, and the production efficiency will be higher, and it is expected to be installed in place before the Spring Festival.

For example, the company's technical team has overcome the equipment research and development of compacted fireproof board technology on the basis of fire-resistant and flame-retardant insulation material technology, and the volume loss rate is "0". In other words, some former "scraps", such as sawdust and scraps, can also be used as raw materials for compacting fireproof boards. At present, the assembly line has been designed, and it is expected that after it is put into operation next year, the annual output will reach 50,000 cubic meters, and the annual output value will be about 200 million yuan.

This is all thanks to the company's emphasis on the R&D team. With the strong support of the municipal and county science and technology departments, the company has strengthened cooperation with Nanjing Forestry University, Northeast Forestry University, China Timber Research Institute, and China Building Materials Market Association, formed a team of experts, and invited foreign experts and scholars to jointly develop new compacting technologies, apply for industry standards and national standards for compacted wood, and establish a research institute for wood structure and compacted wood.

"Now, with the full financial support of the county, Kaiwang compacting expert laboratory is stepping up construction, before the Spring Festival, the compacting technology research and development center in Beijing will be moved to Guangping County. At that time, while producing, scientific research, the efficiency of the transformation of scientific research achievements will be greatly improved. Jiang Fujun introduced.

As an industrial headquarters, since May this year, Guangping Kaiwang Compacting Technology Co., Ltd. has established a joint venture with China Merchants Taipingwan Development and Investment Co., Ltd. in addition to the layout in Hengshui City and other places in the province to establish a 500-acre Kaiwang Compacting International Industrial Park. In addition, 21 production bases have been set up in Hechi City, Guangxi Province, Tieling City, Liaoning Province, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province and other places.
