Tang Di, a name that has drowned in history. When you open the long-sealed periodicals of the Republic of China, you will often see his name, see his paintings, inscriptions, and his books and paintings have a kind of temperature of the literati of the Republic of China. Unfortunately, because his works are in the museum collection, posterity knows little about his life.

However, Tang Di was the mentor of the earliest batch of painting societies in the Republic of China, the Xuannan Painting Society. He was born in the same year as Jin Cheng and Wu Waitqiu, and had a deep relationship with Chen Shizeng and Chen Banding, and Yu Shaosong, Mei Lanfang, and Cheng Yanqiu worshipped him as teachers. He has deep family roots, which have been gradually forgotten because of his early death.

Tang Di (1878-1948) was a native of Wujin, Jiangsu (now Changzhou, Jiangsu). He is the great-grandson of the famous painter Tang Yifen of the Qing Dynasty, and the grandson of Lu Ming. The long whiskers flutter, and there is a fairy wind, taking the sentence "Yu Si Yu Si, Hua Jia Fu Qian" in the "Left Biography", and the number is double in the Taoist.
