Recently, the results of the 13th Young Teachers Teaching Basic Skills Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Youth Education Competition") and the 2nd Vocational Ability Competition for Young Teachers and Staff in Management Positions (hereinafter referred to as the "Youth Management Competition") were announced. A total of 16 contestants were selected to participate in the competition, of which 2 won the first prize of the individual, 4 won the second prize of the individual, 7 won the third prize of the individual, and 3 won the second prize of the group.
It is reported that the Youth Education Competition is based on the concept of "taking a good course", and the evaluation link consists of three parts: teaching design, on-site display and teaching reflection. Based on the concept of "doing a good job in a key task", and based on the actual work needs of management positions, the Youth Management Competition conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the three links of the participating teams: program design, on-site display and review and summary.

At the same time, the results of the evaluation of teaching papers in the 13th Young Teachers Teaching Basic Skills Competition of Beijing Colleges and Universities were announced. Jin Jin of Xuanwu Hospital won the first prize for "Research on the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Teaching Behavior of ICU Clinical Nursing Teachers". Ding Xinfang, School of Medical Humanities, won the second prize for "Types of Anxiety in Medical Students and Their Relationship with Academic Performance". Wu Xiaoyi, Liu Changli, Zhao Huan, Luo Rong and Ma Han of the School of Chinese Medicine won the third prize for their ""Knowing Materia Medica, Strengthening Ability, and Keeping the Original Heart" - Exploration and Practice of a New Model of Accompanying Learning and Educating People in the Whole Process of Medicinal Botany. Zhang Qian of the School of Medical Humanities won the Excellence Award for "Reflecting on the Quality of Ideological and Political Construction of College Physical Education Courses from the Representation of Practical Knowledge".
The trade union of Capital Medical University won the Outstanding Organization Award of the 13th Young Teachers Teaching Basic Skills Competition and the 2nd Young Faculty and Staff Vocational Ability Competition for Management Positions in Beijing Universities.
Our school conscientiously implements the requirements of the Municipal Education Working Committee, the Municipal Education Commission, and the Municipal Education Trade Union for the Youth Education Competition and the Youth Management Competition. In the future, the school will continue to sum up experience, take the series of activities of the Youth Education Competition and the Youth Management Competition as the starting point, further improve the selection, competition and reward mechanism, boost the career development of young faculty and staff, build an important practice platform to carry forward the "educator spirit", attract more young faculty and staff to promote learning and teaching through competition, continuously consolidate job skills, and improve the ability to educate people.
