The project takes the Yueyang Municipal Party Committee and Hunan Institute of Technology as the object, introduces the Internet of Things, digital twin and artificial intelligence technology, installs 94 smart electric energy meters, 27 water meters and 1 gas meter in relevant buildings, collects energy consumption information, and uploads it to the Changxia Digital Energy "Energy Management Cloud" platform for real-time, accurate, intuitive and clear multi-dimensional energy consumption analysis. At the same time, through the installation of intelligent control terminals (intelligent lighting switches, thermostats, infrared remote controls, etc.), the high-energy-consuming equipment such as air conditioning and lighting is uniformly and intelligently controlled, the operation strategy is optimized, and the energy efficiency is maximized.
