We will increase counter-cyclical and cross-cyclical adjustments, guide the rational growth and balanced allocation of credit, and improve the quality and efficiency of financial support for the real economy. We will continue to improve the managed floating exchange rate system based on market supply and demand, adjusted with reference to a basket of currencies, and maintain the basic stability of the RMB exchange rate at a reasonable and balanced level.
