On December 22, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of Communications, China Construction Bank and other banks adjusted the listed interest rates on deposits. According to the latest RMB deposit interest rate table of various banks, the current three-year time deposit interest rate is 1.95%, down 25 basis points from the previous one, entering the "1 era", and the five-year time deposit interest rate is 2%, down 25 basis points. In addition, the interest rate for one-year time deposits was reduced by 10 basis points to 1.45 per cent, and the interest rate for two-year time deposits was reduced by 20 basis points to 1.65 per cent.
According to the reporter's calculations, the state-owned banks cut interest rates again this time, which is the third time this year that the listed interest rates on deposits have been lowered. Taking the listed interest rate of 3-year time deposits as an example, a total of 65 basis points were lowered during the year. According to this calculation, the interest on a 3-year fixed deposit of 100,000 yuan is 1,950 yuan less than that of one year ago.
